Production
Conformance of highest quality requirements in combination with economic production necessitates innovative production concepts. In order to achieve this we evaluate for each project whether a manual, semi-automated or fully automated production process should be considered. Irrespective which assembly process applies our goal is zero-defect production from the beginning.
Quality
Extraordinary quality performance can only be reached by systematic prevention. Depending on the used production process we have fully automated testing processes or hourly machine operator self-testing accompanied by laboratory measurements and tests. The frequency of these measurements and tests are determined together with our customers. Rotational process analyses, traceability of the production and test data for each single part in combination with batch-related single part classification limit possible defects.
Engineering & Development
MFCS has testing laboratories available worldwide and thus ensures most modern analysis and testing methods. Our engineering can therefore meet the increasing customer requirements in view to design, performance and quality. By permanent optimization of the testing equipment vehicle and environmental influences can be displayed more and more authentically.
On the uniaxial test stand the stiffness of suspension components can be measured.
The bending fatigue test ensures long-life cycle of our suspension components.

Here at MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions Liederbach location, our expertise lies in linkage design and assembly for automotive and other applications. Additionally, here at Liederbach we provide light assembly and logistics services for many of the MFCS product lines.
